IC TF2 server upgraded to 100tick!

Icrontic loves ya, baby; that's why we upgraded the TF2 server to a new shiny quad-core with tons of ram and a 10gb backplane connection (you read that right).
The end result is a newly configured 100tick / 500fps server which should result in no more lag for full games. Everybody should see slightly decreased ping times as well.
This is not free! If you play on our server and enjoy benefits like "HEY CAN YOU MAKE ROOM FOR ME?" then you really need to donate a few bucks to help keep the IC server running. The generosity of the few carries the many right now, and it's not fair. Pony up!
