#1 You are a good sniper that can create alot of pressure and block of certain routes for the enemy team.
#2 You have competent teammates that would give the spy a hard time to actually try and shoot you without risking his own life.
So you have a choice, be kind of spy-free and have a bit easier time taking shots with less pressure from the spy with razorback OR you can try go utility for your team and yourself with Jarate, or go for extra personal damage with SMG.
Most snipers seem to choose razorback claiming they do just as much damage with razorback as they would do with jarate due to dying less to spies and having more opportunities to fire.
I personally think Jarate has alot of potential and you shouldn't use razorback unless the spy is really MASSIVELY focusing you.Because you know, razorback won't protect you vs the other 7 classes that can kill you.
