If you get weird choppy server lag(even with a low ping) check your "rate" setting in console, if it's 7500 change it to 30000 to fix this.

Server seem's to be running fine, next time the lag shit comes back I will be getting the server copied to a new computer. The lag problem is on their end so not much I can do besides new computer / location to try to fix it next time.
