Has CTF now been axed? it has disappeared from my favourites and it wasn't mentioned in the list of servers!

I have known about TheGlassNation's server for CSS:CTF for 3 days now and it is empty for 99.9% of the time! It would be the only server I would go on but it is usually empty. PLZ help somehow
