[TF2] SteamPipe update causes lagspikes

Ever since the SteamPipe update last week, TF2 servers across the world have been hit by "random" lag spikes from time to time.

Valve is aware, and have acknowledged, the problem, and is investigating them, but for now there's no real answer, and nothing us server ops can do.

So, please bear with TF2 until the problem is resolved.

After a lot of requests from the regulars, i've overcome my lazyness, and changed the CritVote plugin to not only make it possible to disable random crits, but also remove both bullet and damagespread.

So, instead of voting for crits on and off, you now vote for standard or advanced mode at the beginning of each map, advanced being the one that disables crits, bullet and damagespread.

The plugin is live on all three TF2 servers now.

I have played on GB servers for a good while now and when I play the halloween event I got banned from your servers, Why? I played the halloween event and where killing people when they tryed to kill the boss. Why do I get banned for killing people? I asked a Admin about it before I got my achievment and he said that people are free to kill each other because it's not an achievment server. Even one more time, I play on your servers alot and I get banned for killing people??? Please unban, Thanks

@degarn They aren't down, but, Valve has changed something so you can' create a lobby on them, but have to connect directly.

It's very frustrating, and i'm trying to find out exactly what is going on.
