Welcome to the 2010 Steam Holiday Gift Exchange!

Hello everyone and welcome to the Steam Gift Exchange for Xmas 2010! If things go well this year, we'll continue the group into the following year - and might hold special events later if there is interest.. but for now it's time to get this ball rollin'!

This is how this year will work (Keep in mind this is heavily experimental and we are open to suggestions) - We will be inviting only up to 20-30 people this year that we deem are trustworthy and have known them for some time. On December 20th we will be posting an anouncement of everyone who is in the group who their gift partners will be. Then you two will add eachother and have by the end of the 25th of December to exchange your gifts.
We are going on a trust system here people, and if you have been invited here we think you can be trusted - don't prove us wrong. Anyone who breaks the trust system will forever be removed from the group with no chance of coming back in and will be posted on the yearly wall of shame for everyone to see. You will be letting everyone down, including your friends.. and will most likely lose them.
That being said you should not be in this group if you are coming in hoping for your gain and your gain only. This is something fun for everyone and that means everyone needs to contribute. We want this to be an enjoyable experience we can do every year and look forward to.
We will be going on the minimum of a 14 dollar (USD) purchase, whether it be one game or a few lesser ones. Once you are assigned to your gift buddy, you should add them as soon as possible on steam to acknowledge the exchange (or message them about it if you already have them). We will make sure everyone has a gift partner even if it means we have to sit out, or pick up an extra partner, so if there are any issues please contact either me (Zolkowski) or [Lue] Francypoo.
