As I have been seeing more and more cases of lack of common sense in the chatrooms I am going to post a few guidelines here.

Firstly: DO NOT FEED THE TROLL. Simply ignore them. You can click the arrow next to their name and block them. If there is an admin in chat, they will be promptly taken care of. Otherwise, giving them attention is only giving them what they want, and from what I have seen in many logs recently the people being trolled end up being dragged down to the same level as the troll themselves.

Admins are here to help. If we aren't around and we need to know what happens, give us logs (in private chat) of what happened. Intentionally falsifying/modifying logs to try and get someone banned is a bannable offense.

If there is an emergency (several griefers, etc.) then look on the admin list on the front page, and if one of us is online invite us to the chatroom, and let us investigate the problem. Note: Two people calling eachother names is NOT an emergency, and will result in chat kicks for all involved.

Finally, if an admn (or admins) come to a decision on something, you can appeal it, but don't bother Nav with stupid stuff. He is very busy, and has better things to do than listen to you whine about how we didn't ban someone you don't like for calling you a poopiehead.
