A few casual players who enjoy teamplay. Use of a microphone in-game is recommended but not required.
Left4Dead 2 is currently the multiplayer game most often played.
The Friendly Firers often play for an hour at lunchtime (13:00 London time, 14:00 Berlin time). Also check the Steam group events for games scheduled for evenings and weekends.
It is highly recommended that members add each other as friends as Friendly Firers usually start lobbies with friends-only permissions. Games are played on public servers, and Friendly Firers join on a first-come-first-served basis. If there are too many players for one game, see if you can start a second one.
All members are welcome to add events to the calendar in order to arrange a game.
