I agree with BlueStinger. That voice was very loud and annoying but overal I think BP was better than Overture.

I actually think Overture is scarier than Black Plague, the atmosphere gets broken too many times in BP with that annoying 'voice in the head'. Although BP is the alightly better overall game imo.

Just got the Penumbra series..played Overture for about an hour..damn never been so scared of a game..Frictional games ftw !

yea i originaly got penumbra off their website then rebought it on steam xD

ever since pendumbra came out on steam weve been getting more members =)

I finsihed the first game and are well into the second. i have never really been scared by a game. But Penumbra was diffrent. It just had a really scary atmosphere even whne there wasnt anything there.

Did any1 else here take advantage of the puzzle Game Monkey Island. ^^

i dont think its the scarys thing i played but its a really good puzzle game and something good 2 play at night it really is it make u think those creatures r behind u or somin

The game is scary, no matter what health regeneration things are thrown in.

I dont like THE THE LAST ONE AM STUCK IN THE SEWERS I HAVE NO IDEA WAT 2DO!!!>:|

I didn't like it because player was healed automaticaly. That makes it less scary because you didn't care how much health you lost in combat. Painkillers was useful only in combat but not after the combat.
