A pack including all the maps slated to test is available here:

Downloading this and extracting the files to your ..\Steam\SteamApps\---STEAM NAME HERE---\team fortress 2\tf\maps\ folder will ensure that you will not have to spend time downloading each map as it comes up during testing. If a lot of people do this it will also help to expedite the process as a whole.
If you don't already have a program that extracts .7z files, I would suggest this one:
