Home of the L4D2 map Escape From Parkdale. Version 7 is the latest complete version, although it isn't the final yet. The map supports Scavenge and Survival modes. Winner of the World of Level Design 11-Day Winter Mapping Contest (Jan. 2010) and entered in the L4Dmaps.com Winter Map Contest.

Yeah, already... Fixes a missing skybox texture and a nasty balcony glitch, as well as some new nav issues. Added a couple of new custom overlays, too. There are some screens of the errors and new overlays on my blog, link up top.

Been working in film a ton lately, may go on this way for a while. Haven't forgotten about the map, though! Trying to get some work done on it this weekend, so hopefully an update later on Sunday. Have to do some tests to see if the VPK stuff is actually fixed as well... If so, the new version will no longer require the map files packed seperately!
Thanks, man! Still looking at getting the server together, but I got very sidetracked this week with updates and the ability to host at L4Dmaps.com, so it kinda got side-lined...
Looking into getting a L4D2 server going on in the next few days. This should make the testing experience, well, possible! Haha. I'll make an announcement when I get it all together...
Hey! Glad you like it! Yeah, I dunno how to get around blocking at least some of the taller buildings off, cause they're so close to the edge of the map... I'm not sure what, if anything, I can change in this regard, but I will give it some thought. And there are still some really nice hunter pounces in there, in any case! That door is a nightmare, I agree. It's even worse on Survival mode, which I just implemented today. Must fix.
just ran around for a while in the map with a friend having a look...loving it so far, only issues we noticed were the low sky (cant get on the highest roofs), prob intentional but wouldn't be bad to change...the other thing was the ground floor door to get into the hotel, CI's seem to get stuck pounding on it to break through even when the door is open.
