Kings of Gaming
Age: 13+
They focus on the good game mentality.

XGC
Xiled Gaming Clan
Age: 18+
They focus on maturity and the good game mentality.

SYN
The Syndicate
Age: 13+
This is the UNDERGROUND of Xiled Gaming.

XGG
Xiled Gamer Girls
Age: 13+
Girlz only!

There are lots of opportunities here, as you can rank from Recruit to Council Member.

Recruit
Most basic member, meaning you just joined.

Private
First real rank within the community.

Sergeant
Most common, little responsibility.

Lieutenant (1 per squad)
This rank is for people who have matured enough to actually have duties within the community.

Captain (1 per squad)
This is the leader of a squad. You assemble squad lists, host meetings and practices, and a multitude of other assignments. NOT FOR THE LAZY.

General (1 per section)
This is the leader of an entire section. I am in the SYN Chaotic section.

Section Leader
Lots of work in this position. If you're not mature, you can bet you'll never make it here. These people manage more than one section at a time.

Division Leader
These people manage more than one DIVISION at a time. Our divisions are: KoG, XGC, SYN, and XGG.

Community Leader
These people help manage the entire community. If you don't have lots of spare time to work with us, you'll never be here.

Council Member
I, personally, have never seen a Council Member. I know that the reason for this is that they're busy keeping the site up and hosting tournaments. They do MANY more things, I just don't know about all of them.

By the way, we offer REAL cash for winners of tournaments. If you're a 360 gamer, you might also get some GAMER POINTS!

This sounds like a lot, but it's like my second home, really. It's not that hard or complicated once you get used to it (usually takes a couple days).

SECTIONS
There are more than 10-15 sections within each Division.

SQUAD
In each section, there are 3-6 ish squads of which you can be a part of. If you're mature enough, you might lead it someday. I have been a Lieutenant before, but had to give it up due to only being able to get on Xbox LIVE ever other weekend. I would probably be a Captain, but (as I said before), that wouldn't have worked out.

And remember, it's a GAMING COMMUNITY! We support all platforms and games! This includes games like Runescape, all the way to games like Gears of War, Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, YOU NAME IT!

If we don't have a game that you like to play, we'll find a way to add it.
