What does ET stand for and why did I get Invited to this group?

Our name is Elite Scrim Team. We scrim in games such as TF2 and CSS. You have been invited to this group because we believe that you are an excellen gamer and we would love for you to join our scirm team. We will have scrims every weekend and it will either be 10 vs 10 or 6 vs 6. We will get our team straight once we get about 10-15 players in. We also support Map and Mod Creators so be sure to join that public group if you like. Enjoy

How we will practice: We will do what we did before, which is try and get OUR people in the server and start a scrim against our selves. The reason why will do this, is because it builds self-confidence, and so we know what to do when the REAL scrim is going to occor.
