u want pubbers to play, everyone and i mean everyone has to make an effort to be more pubber friendly i.e. both cappers try to pick a pubber for each side. Otherwise they'll just stick around the 24/7 2fort and goldbowl cesspool for their entire tf2 career and move on to modern warfare 2 when its out D:
