Android Beta Testers, this version of Dododex includes a bunch of new features and some unnoticeable changes that require testing! If you have a second, please try out the following! If things work great, that's equally as helpful to know! :)

New Features To Test!

You can now save multiple server settings! — Try saving your server settings, and switching between your saved settings.
Backend settings changes — Saved settings have been completely revamped (in the backend) in this version. Please confirm that all of your previous server settings are correctly set and that nothing has changed.
Ark's new 2x multiplier is now built-in — Official servers must now be set to 1 for correct calculations. Please confirm that estimates look correct.
Revamped Recipes — A new recipes feature with expandable cards are now found throughout the app. Plus, the ability to ⭐️ recipes you use most! Try interacting with a handful of recipes and saving your favorites!
New maps — Made by Exhumed. Exhumed's new map with the new underwater caves will be in the public release!
"Fits Through" — List of door types that dinos fit through. (Note: Data has not been added yet. This section will appear as a placeholder until release.)
Korean language (partial) translation! Thanks to kohm6012 for translating! More to come!
Target Food — By popular demand, "target food" has been added to the Starve Timer!
Knock-out information for non-violent tames — By request, this information has been made available for those who like to KO and then transfer to a pen-tame.

Dododex Pro Crash Fix

Some Android users experienced a bug when upgrading to Dododex Pro that caused the app to crash, preventing ads from being removed.
If this happened to you, and your order was cancelled or refunded, and you're planning on upgrading to Dododex Pro again, please let me know if you do — and whether the upgrade works successfully or not. (It's super important to know if this works successfully too!)
If you don't already have Dododex Pro, and you'd like to test the upgrade for me, the first person to tweet "I'd like to test Dododex Pro!" to @DododexApp will get a free Dododex Pro upgrade. ;)

Known Bugs

The text input for saving a server setting is missing its white background, making it hard to read.
Some users are experiencing crashes when scrolling down on a creature's profile. It appears that this might happen more on the first load of the app. Unfortunately, this fix didn't make it into this release, but I'm hoping a third party will have a solution in for time Dododex v1.13.

Ark Official Server Permanent 2x Changes & Dododex

Earlier today it was announced[survivetheark.com] that today Ark will be permanently transitioning Official Servers to 2x Taming, Gathering, and XP.

Please Manually Update Your Taming & XP Multipliers in the Dododex App

To adjust your Dododex multipliers, visit "Settings / Multipliers" in the navigation of the app.

Set Taming Speed to 2
Set XP Multiplier to 2

To Prevent Extra Confusion, Dododex Won't Be Updating Multipliers Until Ark Changes The Baseline

In the "next major version releases", the 2x multiplier will be baked into the game (for both official and unofficial servers), meaning servers at 4x will actually be 8x. (It's unclear if this change will happen with the December 21 v253 major release or a following release.)

Some people have been asking if Dododex will update multipliers. The answer is yes — but not until Ark does. Updating sooner would cause a lot of confusion to users on unofficial servers who haven't been affected yet.

However, once the change does happen, Dododex will update accordingly and notify users. Since the 2x multiplier will be baked into the game, Official Servers will technically become "1x" since the 2x is the new baseline.

TL;DR

If you're on an Official Server: Update to Taming and XP to 2 now, and once Dododex (and Ark) update their baseline, switch back to 1.

If you're on an Unofficial Server: You don't need to do anything until Dododex (and Ark) update to the new 2x baseline. Then, just update to whatever your server is actually set to using the new values, since Ark and Dododex will have both baked in the 2x.

@K Please use the "report data error" button in the app. (Though it sounds like you might be using post-tame stats. Dododex's stat calculator is for wild dinos.)

Yo, I am not really sure where to leave this or if there's a better way to contact you but I'm having issues with Dododex's stat calculator lining up. I'm certain I have default multiplier values on my server, but for whatever reason, every time I plug dino numbers, the stats are always too high for the creature's level and it ends up with one or two "very high" stats, according to the Dododex.
