Went to their website today to register my pc, and saw the waiver they require me to sign for admission. I'm new to this scene, so I'm wasn't expecting this, and not very happy that it was sprung on me less than a week prior to the event (but months after they took my money). Read the 3rd paragraph carefully. Its terrifying what they can do with that. They can take a photo of you at the con, digitally alter it however they see fit, and use it as they see fit. And copyright it. Do you want to be the new face of some martial aid? Sign this document!
