The Combine Universal Union has opened communications with the Admin Protection Force's USA branch HQ, and it is my honor to announce that the APF and CUU now share a military alliance, realizing the merits of both our goals. And we are now, as a result of collective security, allied with the Blood Wolf Pack and all subsidiaries.
