ABOUT Counter Strike: Global Offensive Mappers

Upcoming Central Hub of counter-strike mapping.

From experienced mappers, to novice beginners, CSGO Mappers is the place to be to start in on map development for Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

We hold regular testing sessions, open to anyone of any skill level. These sessions are about giving feedback to map authors and having fun. These events are either listed a few days in advance on the forums (see below), or are just some pick-up "impromptu" events. You'll be notified of both of these events via steam, if you are a member of the group.

I want a ctf map for CS. No idea how to do that though. I'll first try to finish de_subway before I try CTF. If it's even possible.

hello everyone, I am not new to mapping but I am new to posting them online and looking forward to see what people like and want in a map. also I am willing to help out anyone who has any problems with there map's hope to test out some maps soon.

Eventually figured it out. You need to use the ladder tool texture, then tick the 'ladder' visgroup box. The ladder group only appears though if the brush isnt an entity so you have to move it to world if you have it set as a func_ladder or func_detail or w/e.
