This group makes raffles, at tf2r.com. Said raffles cost 1 scrap to enter. When we have 27 entries, we craft the scrap together to make a hat. The winner recieves the hat. Simples!

In honour of ElRW力awko, the guy who could never enter.

Hawko reminded me that I haven't made one of these raffles in... 3 months. Wow. That's a pretty long time. Oh well, better late than never!
