As stated before, Gearbox's upcoming game Aliens: Colonial Marines will have Coop for all three versions, PC, Xbox 360 and the PS3. Here are six new pictures.

Gearbox Software have been working on an upcoming FPS based on the Aliens License for PC, Xbox 360 and the PS3. They recently revealed some more info regarding the game. They have confirmed that it WILL have Co-op for up to four players.
