If you can't reach an Admin, keep trying others until one responds. You may also wish to try reaching an Admin in our Ventrilo Server. The BOOM! Ventrilo server info is a follows:
Hostname: vent40.light-speed.com
Port: 5045
Guests have limited access to our Ventrilo server, but you can page an Admin for assistance by right-clicking on their name, selecting ":User", then "Send Page". If the Admin is available, he will respond. If you get no response, try paging other players to see if they can help you.
