TheBusGuy on the Steam forums has posted a guide on how to get Splitscreen working on the PC for Left 4 Dead using a 360 controller for the other player.

Here is a list of codes to Unlock exclusive missions. Select Additional Content from the Menu in-game and enter the codes.
