Valve's much awaited Team Fortress 2 'Heavy Update' has been released, after six days of gruelling daily updates (excluding the weekend). It started off on Tuesday, with the release of the much famed community map cp_steel. Following this, the heavy achievements were released along with a new heavy unlockable - the killing gloves. Thursday's update was an unsurprisingly small, the introduction of a new payload map. Friday's update was similar - a new heavy gun (aptly named Natascha).

These small updates were only part of a very small picture, however. On Monday, Valve introduced a new gameplay mode to the already-buzzing game, Arena mode. Perfect for pyros, heavys and medics all around, the update has received much fame. Finally, on Tuesday another comical video was released (and while the community was expecting something along these lines, I don't think many of us had this in mind) - Meet the Sandvich.

The Heavy Update is complete and now out, so we'll see you on the field!
