During this weekend's "4 guys, 1 up" podcast (great title btw), Seth Killian from Capcom US confirmed that the Bionic Commando is not dead. He does however not confirm if anything is in the Capcom pipeline.

Hmm, office chairs with pixelated fabrics with a Grin logo and from Grin's actual office is being auctioned off right now. Collector's item?

Seems like Grin went bankrupt when the production company behind Terminator: Salvation never paid up. Funny, Bale lost some money too.

BC developer GRIN is officially dead. OUTBREAK Studios has been founded in the wake of GRINS's demise. Hope some talents are still left there to learn from the mistakes and deliver better games in the future.
Looks like Grin might go bancrupt. I wonder what that would do to a Bionic Commando sequel?
