Also, what are your thoughts on hosting official CS:S server (with _real_ VAC) in Bangladesh?

IMO the BD CSS scene is still not ready for a full Steam supported server. There are only a hand full of people with Steams, about 20 I guess. Maybe after another 15 joins this can be considered but till then nonsteam is the way to go.

Besides, hacks are always ahead of VAC :|
