I think it'd be a decent idea to impose upon ourselves a strict policy when waiting for the opposing team to join a server for PCWs. The past few days we've spent a lot of time waiting, and in the past it's always been a constant annoyance. If we just say something to the other team along the lines of "We will only wait 5 minutes for you to be ready, so if you can't meet that please leave now."

Perhaps wave this policy if a team is an exceptional opponent (eg. div1, high div2) that is actually worth the wait. Recently though we've been playing a lot of mediocre teams that are looking for matches in great quantities and do not warrant sometimes up to 25 minute delays. With the amount some of us have to leave to study, I really don't think we can afford to be wasting so much of our available match time waiting for idiots to ready up.
