PRACTICE/MATCH SCHEDULE:

Sun/Wed 5:30pst Mon7:30pst/Thr 7:30pst

A typical practice structure will consist of:
5-10 minute recap of previous practice
15-20 minute group team warm-up
30-45 minute map strat/logic session
2-3 scrims depending on flow of night
Shortly after practice people will disburse or regroup and pug, leaving discussion for beg of next practice day.
