Welcome to "A Weekend With," a brand new addition to the Alliance of Awesome Steam group and Tap-Repeatedly.

For those of you not privy to our internal email exchanges (mwaha), "A Weekend With" is a new feature from the crazy mind of Gregg B. As a community we nominate and select a game to play over the course of a weekend and later discuss our experiences through Skype, email or carrier pigeon.

Anyone from our community is free to nominate the next game to play and participation is entirely open and voluntary. Nominations can be as commercial or as obscure as you like, although generally the more Free to Play and hidden Indie gems we uncover the better. Once the next game has been decided on, a weekend will be set aside for participating community members to get involved, with events lasting from Friday evening to Monday evening UK time. If you see a number of Alliance members online during that weekend, feel free to drop on by and jump into the action.

The aim here is to get people involved, to get people talking and to experience lesser known games we might otherwise never have played. We're also here to have fun, so feel free to join in and keep your eye on The Alliance of Awesome for any updates on future events.
