The Future of USX
You can futher discuss the matters below here: http://ultimatesnipersx.com/forum/index.php/topic,296.0.html
______________
Hey mates, over the past couple of weeks we've been discussing the future of USX. We are happy with the way our group has prospered over the months, with many new skilled members joining the ranks as you've all noticed.
Now we have to focus on improving ourselves as a whole. We've decided to make some changes to the way we work.
Joining USX
We've decided to drop the old apply for USX techniques and move on to 'scouting' for good players. We all play tf2 a fair bit obviously, when you are playing on servers someone may impress you, and you can give them our links and links to the admins. This would also give us and other members the chance to get to know and like them. Playing in various games with us is a great way to make friends and gain vouches.
We want to let it known that you cant 'just' get into USX, and it requires skill, time frames, to be a respectful player only to name a few.
Once we get this message across, we believe we will acquire a higher level of respect and reputation
Vouching Rules:
- 4 member votes ~ Can gain entry to USX ~ But an admin must invite you. - Member inviting has been removed, not that we dont trust you all, we just want to make a final check on the applicant.
- 1 or 2 Admins votes ~ Can get you in
- You can give negative points, you all get a say
- You may not pester/annoy/stalk members asking for their vote, it will negatively impact your application if reported.
Retesting
I'm sure you've got that daunting feeling Tongue. It is planned that all members will be retested this is to ensure quality within our group.
- You will be given 5 mins to impress the admin (Exceptions can be made under the right circumstances)
- It is expected that some members may be kicked
- Avoiding these tests may also result in a kick
It may seem harsh but it will further strengthen our group. If you are kicked, please dont take it personaly. All past and present members are highly regarded, and we still enjoy talking to you on our forums. Improving can regain you're entry into USX so please dont consider this to be a final verdict.

I shouldn't have to go into this mates, the majority are flawless with this rule, but this is for those who arn't. Very often we see people without our tag on, you seem to forget that this one of our rules, rot tagging up will result in a kick, this has happened before, you have been warned.
On a side note, you will be talked to, if a valid reason is revealed a brief exception will be made.
Cheating
We have put measures in place that will identify those who are cheating. Those identified will be kicked permanently, and made an example, cheaters are not aloud in this group, and you will loose all respect if found out, and our wide community will be sure to tarnish your reputation.
There will be no exceptions.
We hope these changes will further strengthen our community, and take us one step closer to our goal.
Cheers!
Happy Head Hunting!
