ECO Team Tryouts (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!)
This past season in ECO was our tryout season. Since our clan just got revived back only 3-4 months ago, we didn't expect to do well.
Plus we were adding some new people we never played with before, so we wanted an opportunity to try them out, and see if they would fit into the team chemistry.
Well, as you know the ECO post season is going on, and it's not expected that ECO will start their new season until either December or January.
Therefore, we want to make the most of the 4-8 weeks (depending on when ECO starts) to finalize selectioon of who will be filling the remaining spots in the ECO roster.
So with that in mind, please read this CAREFULLY if you want to earn a spot on the team. If you do not follow these instructions, you WILL not be on the team, and may have to wait until May to try out ALL OVER AGAIN!
1. Tryouts are occuring this week, starting Wednesday (October 21st) 7pm - 9pm CST.
2. Show up on vent AND on private server fifteen minutes before practice starts, so you can warm up on aim_map. If you show up on time exactly, you're showing us you're not going to put in the 110% to get better.
3. This is ONLY for serious competitors. If you REALLY wanna compete, get on, LISTEN carefully, and PRACTICE.
4. If you wanna screw around, fool around, or be disruptive, you will not only be removed from tryout, you will be banned from the private server COMPLETELY.
5. Those selected to Competition Team have PRIORITY on private server. You can still scrim, but you work around THEIR schedule, and NO you may not scrim with them. You want to scrim, you can scrim with others in the clan when private server is not being used.
6. We want to build chemistry, so we want to focus only playing Competition Team players in practices AND in matches, so no ringers. That also means if you keep being absent without a good reason, you will be removed from the team.
7. Practices are going to be DAILY from Sunday to Thursday 7pm - 9pm CST. Friday and Saturday will have a schedule to be announced.
8. We have the talent, we want to win. So if you can't be dedicated, please don't waste our time. Only serious people willing to put in time to make playoffs need show up for tryouts.
