Since Valve was so kind to let the the group admins finally specify the group permissions, group officers can now:
*edit group description and avatar
*create and edit group announcements
*ban users from the group chatroom
*kick members from the group
*kick users from the group chatroom
*make the chatroom public or private
*choose the Player of the Week
*create and edit group events
