The Guild of Calamitious Intent is the recognized leader in organized havoc, with the largest and most reliable force of controlled costumed aggression available to Superheroes worldwide.
As part of the Guild's "Guile for Gamers" outreach program, C13 is available to all aspiring Supervillains who operate in the electronic realm--one need only survive the screening process.
The Council of Thirteen's operational goals are to further the Guild's vile plans in e-crime, as well as to market the Guild "Brand" by raising awareness of such guild archenemies as... The Venture Brothers.
