The Blackwater Defense Corporation is a Private Military Company working under a legal permit from the U.S. government. Despite being permitted, they are not in direct control by any government agency, and act as third party military and security units throughout mainland North America and across the globe. Their training facilities and administrative headquarters are located in EvoCity, The inner workings of the company are normally restricted, but they have been known to carry contracts with local enforcement agencies and militias. The BDC can be hired as a third party infiltration unit to diffuse hostage situations, including high profile kidnappings, as well as ground-based criminal raids. When paid their normal salary, the BDC will aid police and SWAT in the designated task without taking any of the potential benefit or goods from confiscation (The BDC will not seize drugs when hired to assist Cops or SWAT). The BDC may also be hired for any numbers of legal or not-so-legal reasons (we are not hit men)--if you have the money, their contract is open.
