Samurai Style Space Marines?

Have there been Space Marines who's armor and chain/power weapons were reforged to resemble those of samurai?

A s[ace marine chapter based on the culture of feudal japan would be good. it could be a scout heavy chapter though.

Mostly scouts, snipers, and powerful melee. all fast atk

Their scouts would ninja marines. Good attack damage, can't take any punishment at all. Think Mandrakes but faster
