We are currently using the latest dev build at the server, so pick "Development build" in options at the launcher.

Or be lazy and wait for the technic team to make it recommended

After we had a few griefing issues, we decided to switch to a whitelist.
If you are not whitelisted, and want to come on the server, send a messege to Test subject 51 or mmhansen

Maybe never. Tekkit has stayed outdated so long that I've abandoned it. I run a custom server now
