Technomirage

With the main game server being down the past few months, a lot has happened since then in the HL2 mod world. As many of you already know SynergyOB has come out earlier this month and a whole bunch of other mods have come to be featured on Steam for direct download!

Now as we've all been busy with various things I've been able to work out some plans to be inplemented over the next few months.

The goal for a main game hosting server is to have it set up by or early in the new year. It will be more powerful than ever with new features and even able to sell space and bandwidth for pro-level game hosting at a reasonable cost, and expanded file-serving capabilities for game hosters and clans seeking to de-lag their home-based or other servers.

We'll be seeking partners internationally to help host services closer to home for our friends that game in Europe and Australia and Asia to be part of the Technomirage Network. Lastly (but probably first on the agenda) is the revamping of the main website to have content (finally) and a decent forum. This has been an idea for years but finally it will be jump-started, so as we get closer to an official launch we'll keep you posted and then would be a good time to tell friends and family (that would be interested of course) to join the site and the excitement!
