NEW Gas System

[General WVPM]

The gas system from TGW1918 had many flaws and bugs, thus it was decided to rework it completely a few years ago. Some time ago I already released a new system for non lethal gasses (ksk & blue cross), now I have made lethal gas work as well.

It works like this:
Arty fires gas shell.
Gas shell explodes and creates a gas cloud.
Units that come near the gas cloud will put on their masks (time is randomized and will be influenced by stuff like veterancy).
Units that come in the gas cloud will gain 'gas levels' over a randomized time.
If a unit leaves the cloud, these levels will fade over a randomized time.
If a unit has level 3 and stays inside the cloud, he will be killed (techincally by the cloud).
If a unit has put on gas masks, he cannot gain any gas levels and is thus protected.
Gas masks will be removed if a unit is not near a gas cloud for a randomized time.
Putting a gas mask on and removing it takes time, during this time a unit will move slower and cannot attack.

The lethal gas system will be available in version 1.06
The times are all placeholders currently and will be ballanced.
In version 1.07, gas was reballanced, with the following times:
1 seconds to get the 1st level.
1-4 seconds to get the 2nd level.
3-5 seconds to get the 3rd level (death).
The levels will fade after 12-18 seconds.

1-4 seconds and 3-6 seconds to put on a gas mask.
Overal, this should result in a casualty rate* of about 32%.
*for soldiers hit directly by gas.
