my personal favorite is healing enemy spies as they sap engie structures. they get so mad... :) if you have a good spy with your eternal reward, you can also backstab your teammates. the only problem is finding a good spy...

TEAM FORTRESS 2 GRIEFING IDEAS PT2
As a scout use baseball bat to bonk engie while saying "need a dispenser here" over and over.
Use just fists as a heavy and attempt to punch everything.
Block sniper scope with pyro flames

Set up exit teleport by opposing griefing sentry gun. Have other engie only upgrade to level 2 though. Rockets can destroy teleport. Fun ensues...
Put up exit teleport on a cliff facing the cliff edge. Have opposing scout with the force-a-nature stand behind exit. When enemies appear shoot once to knock them off cliff. Or try timing the sandman/atomizer taunt up right. Or...simply backstab as a spy.
