No more O fuck points messed up with ppl having 10,000 and 0 points for helping w/ new pyro achievements.

So I havn't been playing TF2 as often as I use to but could someone tell me when valve releases an update the disables players from joining so this dosn't happen again. I'll try and check in every week so the server is up to date.
