The Adapted Guild Wars Player Guide To Being Pro (TAGWPGTBP)
If you don't get it, i don't care.
Since August 26, 2011
The Following "steps" have been adapted from Guild Wars (an ArenaNet MMORPG) to fit all of your online-gaming-needs! Follow these simple steps, and you'll be calling people "noobs" like a champ, in no time!
Ideas writen by Yat and Bojangles. A big thanks to all of the "Co-Writers", like Murphy, who unknowingly provided us with.... "inspiration".
Step 1: Blame the Healer
The healer is there to keep you alive. Should you die, it's clearly THEIR fault.
(Step 1.5: Kite AWAY from the healer)
If you're in range for heals, you're too close to the enemy.
Step 2: Blame the Lag
Because that clearly wouldn't have happened, without your 100ms ping.
(Step 2.5: Relate poor FPS to Lag)
Because clearly FPS and latency, are the same thing.
Step 3: Blame the Hardware
Whether it's the server hardware, or yours.... something's broken.
Step 4: Brag about your PvP prowess, while in PvE (or vice versa)
Because being able to play meta, makes you a good player.
Step 5: You have to look good, before you can play good.
Even if you wipe, you'll still look good doing it.
Step 6: Blame Murphy
Every group has a "Murphy"(a moron, incapable of the simplest of tasks.) think of them as a scapegoat.
