The Individual Skill Movement (ISM) is not a clan, it is a selective group of players dedicated to dominating other gamers and scrubs, as long as you're interested in utilising your individual skills while gaming (and have proven yourself worthy) you can join our movement. ISM participants are encouraged, but not required, to add ISM to the end of their name (e.g Sinistarism, euphanism, etc). By adding ISM to the end of your name you not only look cool, but you should be easily noticed by other ISM members, thus making it easier to compare egos and dominate scrubs.

If you happen to encounter any cheaters, scrubs or extremely bad clans, we encourage you to thoroughly dominate them using nothing but your gaming talents and individual skills. We do not encourage ISM members to participate in teamwork, as true ISM members should not require the use of such tactics to truly dominate other players.

Playing on servers with other ISM members is definately encouraged. While it is important to satisfy your ego by dominating scrubs, we encourage you to play against other ISM members regularly to maintain a top quality skill level and to truly satiate your ego.

So, to recap, all you need to do is:
1. Add ISM to the end of your name (optional)
2. Dominate scrubs, cheaters and bad clans (required)
3. Duel other ISM members. (required)
4. Make the ISM avatar your steam community profile avatar. (optional)
