Normal Difficulty
Normal difficulty made newcomers-friendly. Not it is much easier to allow new players to start their first games without instantly getting wiped again and again until rage-quit. From now on Normal difficulty is considered easy, Hard - Normal, Suicidal - Hard, Hell on Earth - the game it meant to be played. Experienced players shouldn't be playing on Normal difficulty.

Changes to Normal Difficulty only:\
  • Much slower spawn rate (use MVOTE BORING if it is too slow).
  • Zeds spawn more randomly on the map, not only close to players.
  • Players can't be grabbed by Clots no matter of chosen perk.
  • Low-level perks made stronged by applying passive skills and 30% base bonus.

Money Balance
  • Fixed dual pistol ammo cost.
  • Lowering weapon discount at Lv6 to 60% (down from 70%)
  • Raised weapon discount at Lv0 to 30% (up from 10%).
  • Each perk level gives +5% weapon discount (down from 10% <= lv6, same form lv7+)

Perk and Weapon Balance
  • Reworked DLC Locks
  • Demolitions spawns with M4-203 by default no matter of difficulty
  • Lv0 perks made stronger; per-level bonuses lowered to match the same values at Lv6.
  • Common perk bonus formula changed to (30% + level * 5%), was (level * 10%) for perk levels 0..6 and (60% + (level-6) * 5%) for levels 7+.
  • Perks gained passive abilities (skills) which doesn't change though perk levels.
  • Removed welding requirement for Support Spec.
  • Flamethrower weight lowered to 9 (down from 10) to allow carrying together with Tommy Gun Inc.
  • Flares make zeds burn longer: more flares - longer burn.
  • HMG perk can earn Shotgun-related Teamwork achievements, such as "when size matters".

Follow The Guardian
  • Fixed bug when MaxZombiesOnce couldn't be set below 48 in FTG.
  • Default OvertimeTeamMoneyPenalty set to 0 (no penalty)
  • All players now see Trader Arrow during the Trader Time

Heavy MachineGunner v4.00
  • Perk bonuses adjusted to ScrN Balance v9.50 rules
  • Recoil bonus raised to 75% (up from 50%)
  • Pat Chaingun price lowered to $8000 (down from 10999)
  • PKM price lowered to $4000 (down from 6000)
  • PKM ammo prices raised to $50 (up from 30)
  • M249 price lowered to $5000 (down from 7700)
  • RPK47 price lowered to $2000 (down from 2500)

Horzine Technician v4.00
  • Perk bonuses adjusted to ScrN Balance v9.50 rules
  • Scream damage of Cryo Sirens lowered to 6 per wave (down from 7, originally - 8) to compensate bugfixed pull effect.

Configuration
  • bCloserZedSpawns setting removed. Now the game automatically adjusts zed spawns locations.
  • bWeaponFix and bSpawnBalance deprecated and are always considered true.

Why not leave normal as-is and simply raise the difficulty of beginner instead? It's pretty much an unused difficulty.

What is meant by experienced players? I have 200hours but HoE even in regular KF still kicks my ass xD

In past update I played on hard with default zeds what kind of diff is that now? I'm sure there is a way to tell but I never understood the badass level concept.

OK, let's clarify things:
  1. Neither Hard, Suicidal or HoE difficulties were changed. In v9.50 those are the same as before.
  2. Normal difficulty was new, low level players. If you are playing with level 6 on Normal and do MVOTE BORING, then you shouldn't notice any difference. Oh, you can't be grabbed by Clots. But that's not a big deal imo.
  3. If somebody is having fun of playing with level 6 on Normal - so be it. He/she can still do that. Just do MVOTE BORING once per wave to compensate spawn slowdown and the game will be the same for you as before.

Больше 3 лет мне было лень переводить эту объемную информацию и вот как только я это сделал, ты порезал всё до минимума :D

Там кроме этого есть еще какие изменения по тексту?
И да.. Как перевести этот чертов ZAP/ZAPPED? :D

- Fixed bug when broken Zombie Volumes on a map dropped down zed spawn rate.
- Fixed Berserker damage bonus vs humans (TSC)
- Fixed Support's requirement saying welding points instead of damage

Hi! in the ScrN Balance v9.51 direct link there is an error from you because the Serverperks.ini its missing the lines about the perks of Horzine Technician and heavy machine gunner, there is missing 1 pistom from the combat medic perk and now we cant change the long from sandbox (I had done the changes on killingfloor.ini)

But in the all in one pack ( idk if this its in the v.9.51) has the correct Serverpers.ini , its patched this pack on the last update? so we can use this and dont use the direct download of the ScrN Balance v9.51

Standalone ScrN Balance doesn't include Horzine Technician and HMG perks, neither it does weapon and zed pack. That's why default ServerPerks.ini and ScrnBalanceSrv.ini do not include any of those lines (actually they present but commented out).

Configs inside ScrN Brutal KF Bundle are always up to date so those actually are recommended for usage if you're using the bundle.

You can use Git Blame to find out what exactly has been changed in configs:
Just search for version tag (e.g. "v9.51") in those files to identify the lines that have been changed. As you see, no configs have been changed in v9.51, so can continue using v9.50 configs.

I had reinstall the game with the ScrN Brutal KF Bundle: Download & Play, All-in-One Package and there is 2 problems:

1. I cant change the game lenght from sandbox
2. The perk combat medic cant level up with the damage from the medic weapons dont work on its Level progress , only the heal from this weapons increase the level progress.

I'm sorry for being such a pill. I will use the .ini from v 9.50 like you say and i will see what happens

Edit: nop, im still having the same problems with the .inis from v9.50

1. Is game length selection option grayed out (disabled) or changing that does nothing?
2. Medic does get level progression from damage with medic weapons, but it isn't granted instantly, but at the end of each wave.

1. In sandbox it doesnt appear, I cant select the wave duration and I changed the killingfloor.ini VotingHandlerType=KFMapVoteV2.KFVotingHandler and added the Serveractors line

2. Nop, i tested it and medic weapons dont let me any progress at the end of the wave and i died after the 2nd wave and i didnt progress any on the perk, the heal works perfectly but the damage from the weapons dont make me progress.

PD: i had tryed with the versions 9.48, the version from the 2 of july and the last update with the files from the 2nd part of the ScrN Brutal KF Bundle: Download & Play, All-in-One Package and the 1 thing i didnt change is the part 1 IDK if there is the problem but this dont have any sense for me cause i played this mod 2 weeks ago and i could change the lenght wave from the sandbox and now with the same version I cant cahnge it and the perk Combat medic dont work ( the damage from his weapons doesnt increase de progress perk) so I think the problem should come from the part 1? but in the page :
