NEW GAMING WEBSITE & TWITTER!

Hello gamers and fans. It's been a minute. A very short announcement here as I would like to take this time to let eveyone know that http://spawntrap.com/ is live as well as going back to my original Twitter handle as @claudiosad and discontinuing @Spawn_Trap.

SpawnTrap.com will be a gaming and entertainment news bulletin with the latest news in those repective fields. As the site continues to grow, political based news links will be added as well. The latest episodes of The SpawnTrap Podcast will be uploaded there and will soon be discontinued over at Podbean.

I will be archiving all SpawnTrap Episodes starting with Episode 1 onto the new site so please be patient. iTunes takes a couple of days to fetch the new podcast feed as it is common practice when you move content to a new server. Worst case scenario, I will need to resubmit the show to iTunes and reupload all existing episodes to the site.

I've had this idea for a long time but now is the time to carry out this project. The site is designed to be very minimalist with only news articles and a dedicatd page for the Podcast. I hope you enjoy what I have in store for you, the fans and soon I will announce what Nasa and the rest of the cast will bring to the table.

Hello everyone. A couple of annoncements!

It's been a short while since I last posted an announcement but I'm going to start posting much more often as we make our way towards then end of Summer and move into a vibrant 2012 gaming season.

Counter Strike: Global Offensive was realeased on Tuesday and I highly recommend you buy this game. At $14.99, it's a no-brainer really. Valve hosted a long and extremely supportive beta as the update notes speak for themselves. There are many professionals in the Counter Strike competitive community that have their strong opinions on this release but for the rest of us casual gamers, the game is fun, addicting, challenging and has the potential to make you a better keyboard and mouse player if you're new to PC gaming.

I have a couple of some surprises coming to the podcast very soon so make sure you tune in for that as I believe it'll add a more dynamic approach to the vibe and balance out our goals. I'm very excited.

On the ARPG front, I think that it's safe to say that I'm pretty much done with Diablo 3 as I picked up the gem that is Path of Exile. I'm in love with the genre again. It is everything that Diablo 3 should've been. I look forward to Torchlight II but at this point I'm left wondering if they're ever going to release sometime soon as Summer is up by the end of August. In the meantime, PoE is definitely killing it as a F2P MMOARPG with the a strong possibility of it comming to Steam. Maybe!

All in all, I'm glad to take the time to bring you these short updates as I plan to do them more often. Once again, thank you all for your support of the show, following both Nasa and I on the various social media outlets and joining us every Tuesday on our Team Fortress 2 server at 4.79.145.183.
