Phatcat Steps Down, Onemanshow Steps up

As announced on the ModDB Page, and smod-tactical.com...
I, Phatcat, have stepped down as creator of SMOD: Tactical.

As of right now Onemanshow will be taking lead of the project, by releasing new versions, and fixing bugs!

All hail the new leader, Onemanshow!
