Can Recruit but cant tell anyone to tag-up with out final approval of XO's, Basic Admin:Slay,kick. To rank up you must have played 4 months then go up for evaluation by XO's

Have no power but can rank up, no admin at this stage will take you month and a half in order to be LTC and have to show loyalty by playing not only casually but daily. Once that month and a half is up you can ask for rank up then be evaluated by LTC and XO to determine rank up or not.
