This term was invented by Exile Dan on msn when people kept sending nudges to him. He felt that nudges were scary and could cause seizures. So he created Rofis. Rofis is a internet term when you can tell a person that you are having motion sickness, are having a seizure or just laughing so hard that you are about to have a seizure.
