1. Enter in the console "sv_cheats"
2. enter in "noclip"
(to turn noclip off simply enter noclip again)
3. Press F10

1. Right click on a valve game on your steam games list E.g. portal
2. Select Properties
3. Select "set launch options"
4. type in "-console"
