The Raptor Clan is an all-volunteer strike force located in New York City (now known as "City 9"). This strike force requires semi-pro/pro members, and members ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED be on-duty at least 25 hours per week. Those who recruit/invite friends frequently AND CAN PROVE THEY DID SO will be rewarded with {]RC[} achievments and, in some cases, admin. DISSMISSED!
