...you have been able to create weapons with your bare hands, using raw steel, in real life. What if we were to tell you there’s now a way to SIMULATE that in-game?
Yes! The new update will implement Crafting! So don't delete double items, maybe they could be interesting to create new weapons and maybe... hats! :)

1 scrap metal left. Once I get it, I shall have my fourth hat (Crafted Football helm + Hatless scout for Engineer's Cap...), I shall go to a server with 30 people, then craft it, and then say something cool.
i only need 3 more scrap metal to make a new metal then combaine that with another metal and ill be able to make a hat!(i already have 2 redfined metal)
so...what time is the update going to come?
looking back i think i shouldn't have deleted about 100 items last mounth! =P
I'm supporting demo personally. Hmmm crafting. Maybe hats someday. But I think that Valve would make the drop rate of the scrap metal would be really really low.
Having 21 jarate will finally pay off.
