I had the same reaction. I was like, "Omg! Is my mouse broken?". Although, putting a mouse pointer would make shooting easier.

Personally i don't have any problems with the keyboard controls. They are perfect for this game :)

I feel that mouse aim will give us more freedom and give you more options to add to the enemies

I agree with NoFun that keyboard aiming is perfect. The game is quite fine as it is already, adding mouse aim would be like "adding legs when drawing a snake" (Chinese idiom).
